A bill in congress proposes that, owners of "moderately priced" houses, could possibly be allowed to stay in their (ie. the banks) house for up to five years after a foreclosure, provided they pay a rent equal to the market rates in the area, bases on appraisals. Now wouldn't that be interesting, given that the other mortgage relief programs have been complete waste of time and tax payer monies.
What are your thoughts, hit the title above for the complete text of the bill.
