Okay, if this is not the most messed up thing in the world, well I don't know what is. A man wins 2 million in the lottery, and still collects food stamps, comes from the sticks and kills his daughters landlord for evicting her, for what we do not know, and all the while he is sitting on 2 mil, and collecting food stamps to boot. Love it!
