Thoughts on the new foreclosure law in Michigan

Good afternoon, I have had numerous consultations in recent weeks centering around loan modifications and the success I have been seeing with my clients. I have to admit, before Governor Granholm changed the laws, or more specifically, the state legislators and governor changed the laws my clients had more success in doing loan modifications as opposed to now.
