Mortgage Cram Down's

I am certainly in favor of mortgage "cram down."  Contrary to some critics, it will not install a benefit on the financially irresponsible, it will also force the banks, who have not had clean hands in the whole ordeal, to re-evaluate loan modification procedures and operate in good faith in those endeavors.  If you still have doubts, read the article above, by hitting the title link.
