Monday, 30th.  I have been denied the deed in lieu at this point.  I must market the house for 180 days, fantastic.  All but guarantees it will be in foreclosure at that time.  I have been assigned a person.  She apparently sent me a letter, which I am sure I will get outlining what I still need to do, hardship etc.
