New information - Did you know that houses that were once owner occupied and insured, and then become vacant, or non-owner occupied become uninsured.  Pursuant to Michigan Law, and the insurance contract, the policy becomes void.  I did not know that.  And, a non owner occupied house policy is tremendously more expensive than a traditional policy.  Well now I do.  Learn something everyday!
